Travelling Tortures

[This post is not advisable for sensitive readers as this post contains abusive strong language. Readers discretion is required]

Everytime, every single time I travel, within minutes, I will want to write a blog about it. Definitely not good about things, but how cruel traveling and transportation has become. But I always give up the idea because all I can write about it will be abusive and full of offensive words. But this time, it has just gone too much. Once again, I have to warn you that this post will contain strong language and not advisable for everyone.

This is how it went on that day:
I had to sit in an aisle seat. The one who occupied the window seat was a friend of the idiots who were sitting in the front row. The moment the bus started, this idiot called the conductor of the bus and asked him to switch on the TV. Bloody Shit! I loathe those guys who are so damn inconsiderate about others and want the volume in the TV should be high in the night journey. But fortunately, the TV was not working. Thank God, you are with me!

But no, God was NOT with me, but Satan was. That idiot was trying to make a lot of lame jokes about the bus as loudly as he can, and the idiots who were sitting in front were laughing as loud as possible. It went on for an hour. Why the hell was he trying so hard to get the attention of others. Bull shit! Actually, my friend does not approve of me to talk offensive words which would not scold the assholes but their family. He would say, "Why to use that word da? You can use (sensored), (sensored), (sensored), (etc.)" :). I would be able to follow that as long as I am confined in Rage I.

After an hour, another group got into the bus. When the bus started moving, one of the guys from that group, took a big cell phone, and started playing songs. WTF!? It was so damn loud that, the idiot who was sitting near me stopped talking. So loud and so noisy. When I was thinking "What the fuck is your problem you asshole!", suddenly, a big noise of belch Yeeaaaarrrrrrppppp. Normally, if we are to belch, we will try to close the mouth and let that gas out of the bus right? But that SoB (I was in Rage II), did that by learning forward and was close to me. My best guess is, he had had Chicken Biriyaani and Butter Chicken Masala some 38 minutes ago. I felt like puking.

After some more minutes, someone called the conductor and told that there are a lot of bed bugs in the seats. Only then I realized that all the time, those were not mosquito bites, but bed bugs bites. What is the scheme God? What do You plan? You want to challenge me that I can't stick to my greeting message in my mobile? But why do You have to do that always in traveling? So, it is a test for me right?

But I decided NOT to write a blog about this. I thought, "It is part of life and I have to put up with these kinds of difficult times. I shouldn't lose my temper and write an offensive blog about these innocent poor people. After all, they are doing this in a desperate attempt to catch other's attention right? I have to understa..." My thoughts were disturbed by another bigger, more powerful, nastier smelling, more offensive Yeeeaaaaaarrrrrrrrppppppp. My thoughts continued as "You (completely sensored Rage III language)"... and result is this blog.

I think you should take things more lighter. I had also been like this. Bed bugs, a drunken guy near me, a girl who was allocated a seat near a guy (almost as old as her father, resisted to sit and started shouting). Some places I tried doing something, I either tell them politely for the first time and stronger later. Or move away from the place of non-sense.

I really dont know what to say... Nothing can undo the horrible experience that you've had nor was there any lesson to be learnt... nor can any solution be hypothesized for tackling situations like these. Some might say that you could have retorted back firmly to them, or gathered the support of others and asked them to not disturb. This would have worked if getting some peace was your aim (forget, making them realize what decency is).

More often than not, the bad time we had seldom lingers in our mind... but the frustration that we couldnt do anything about it - the inability to stand up for our rights.

@ Vijesh:
I have got so much used to these kinds of tortures, but that day, it was too much. Yes, I have also gone though the samples you had mentioned :) When I am traveling in an ordinary bus I would not be irritated so much, as that is what you can expect. But even when we are traveling in a sophisticated costlier bus, if these things happen, it is extremely irritating.

@Sindu:
Exactly... But those guys or groups who did that out numbered me. I couldn't get support also, and they were huge and not-so-polite-looking :). Yes, it is frustrating that we couldn't do anything to stand up for our rights.

@Amudhan
Indian Railways only solution. :)

@Vijesh:
Yes, definitely better than the buses. But it could also have tortures embedded in it, like everybody snoring in DTS effect :)

The only solution is to join a political party and amass a few thousands of crores of rupees
and travel only in a car, or in the First Class in a train.This situation will not improve.It will
only get worse.

@ Mr. Gunasekaran:
Why should one need to amass a few thousand crores of rupees to buy a good car :D

Give me couple of years, I will earn the money to buy a car with my honest work :)

Well, to be honest, it was not much interesting to read or even enjoyable or even bearable ;) You missed your important way of presenting things with your emotional outpour in this blog. May be because you tried to control yourself or because you lost your patience hence your presentation skill ran away.

-just my two paisas

PS: And please remove the word verification in the comment page if possible.

@Prabakar:
Thanks for your honest comment, and frankly, I didn't want to publish this post at all. I didn't like this post. I started it on 4th Jan, but then thought 'why should I post a junk one as the first post of the year' and then wrote the story blog.

The only reason I posted it is to blame/scold/abuse senseless idiots. I will try to improve. Well, there should be at least one post which is junk right ;)?

About the word verification, could you please bear with that? There is a recent trend of anonymous comments promoting medicines (you should know what type of medicines) and MLM kind of stuffs. They kept coming at least one a day. That is the only reason I enabled word verification. If that annoys too much, I will take that off.
